Zawarcie umowy o współpracy z BoomBit S.A. w zakresie stworzenia i wydania gry Easy Boxing.

Zarząd Spółki Vivid Games S.A. (dalej jako: „Spółka”, „Emitent”), informuje, że w dniu 5 lipca 2023 r. Spółka zawarła z BoomBit S.A. z siedzibą w Gdańsku (dalej jako: “BoomBit”) umowę, której przedmiotem jest stworzenie przez Emitenta gry mobilnej Easy Boxing, która zostanie wydana przez BoomBit. Gra zostanie skierowana do odbiorców segmentu casual, na platformach iOS i Android.
BoomBit zapłaci Spółce zaliczkę na pokrycie kosztów produkcji tytułu. Za dystrybucję i promocję gry odpowiadać będzie BoomBit. Pozostałe warunki umowy nie odbiegają od warunków rynkowych.
Zawarcie umowy stanowi dla Emitenta istotny krok w realizacji strategii rozwoju, w zakresie nawiązywania partnerstw strategicznych oraz tworzenia nowych gier mobilnych.

The Management Board of Vivid Games S.A. (hereinafter: "Company", "Issuer"), informs that on July 5, 2023. The Company entered into an agreement with BoomBit S.A., headquartered in Gdansk, Poland (hereinafter: "BoomBit"), the subject of which is the creation by the Issuer of the mobile game Easy Boxing, the publisher of which will be BoomBit. The game will be aimed at a casual audience, for iOS and Android platforms.
BoomBit will pay the Company an advance to cover the title's production costs. BoomBit will be responsible for distribution and promotion of the game. Other terms of the agreement do not deviate from market conditions.
The conclusion of the agreement is an important step for the Issuer in implementing its development strategy of establishing strategic partnerships and creating new mobile games.
