Zawarcie umowy na produkcję i dystrybucję gry endless runner z właścicielem marki FMCG.

Zarząd Spółki Vivid Games S.A. (dalej jako: „Spółka”, „Emitent”), informuje, że w dniu 5 października 2023 r. Spółka zawarła umowę z polską spółką z branży FMCG (dalej jako: “Właściciel marki”), której przedmiotem jest produkcja i dystrybucja przez Spółkę gry free-to-play typu endless runner, wykorzystującej IP związane z produktami Właściciela marki.
Na mocy zawartej umowy Właściciel marki sfinansuje produkcję gry, płacąc Emitentowi wynagrodzenie w wysokości 250 tys. USD, podzielone na raty oraz będzie finansować przygotowywanie aktualizacji gry w okresie 9 miesięcy od premiery. Gra będzie wydawana przez Emitenta i będzie dystrybuowana z kont Spółki w kanałach Apple App Store i Google Play. Przychody z dystrybucji gry będą dzielone pomiędzy Spółkę i Właściciela marki. Szczegółowe warunki umowy nie odbiegają od warunków rynkowych.
Emitent planuje rozpoczęcie dystrybucji gry w drugim kwartale 2024.

The Management Board of Vivid Games S.A. (hereinafter: "the Company", "the Issuer"), announces that on October 5, 2023. The Company has entered into an agreement with a Polish company in the FMCG industry (hereinafter referred to as the "Brand Owner"), the subject of which is the production and distribution by the Company of an endless runner free-to-play game using IP associated with the Brand Owner's products.
Under the agreement, the Brand Owner will finance the production of the game by paying the Issuer a fee of $250,000, divided into installments, and will finance the preparation of updates to the game over a period of 9 months from its release. The game will be published by the Issuer and will be distributed from the Company's accounts in the Apple App Store and Google Play channels. Revenue from distribution of the game will be shared between the Company and the Brand Owner. The detailed terms of the agreement do not deviate from market conditions.
The Issuer plans to start distribution of the game in the second quarter of 2024.
