Zawarcie przez Spółkę umowy o kredyt w rachunku bieżącym.

Zarząd Spółki Vivid Games S.A. (dalej jako: „Spółka”, „Emitent”), informuje, że w dniu 21 lutego 2024, Spółka zawarła z mBank S.A, Oddział Korporacyjny Bydgoszcz umowę o kredyt w rachunku bieżącym. Kredyt został udzielony na okres 3 lat, do dnia 25 lutego 2027. Spółka może wykorzystać środki do wysokości 4 mln zł. Kredyt jest oprocentowany stawką WIBOR ON+2,3%.
Przyznany kredyt zwiększa elastyczność podejmowania decyzji biznesowych i będzie wykorzystywany na inwestycje w rozwój portfolio, w tym przede wszystkim Real Boxing 3.
Nowa umowa zakłada spłacenie kredytu elastycznego, z którego Spółka korzystała wcześniej (na podstawie umowy, o której Spółka informowała raportem bieżącym ESPI nr 14/2021) ze środków pochodzących z nowego kredytu.

The Management Board of Vivid Games S.A. (hereinafter: "Company", "Issuer"), announces that on February 21, 2024, the Company entered into an on-account loan agreement with mBank S.A, Corporate Branch Bydgoszcz. The loan was granted for 3 years, until February 25, 2027. The Company may use the funds up to PLN 4 million. The loan bears interest at the rate of WIBOR ON +2.3 %.
The granted loan increases the flexibility of business decision-making and will be used for investment in portfolio development, most notably Real Boxing 3.
The new agreement provides for repayment of the flexible loan the Company previously used (under an agreement the Company reported in ESPI Current Report No. 14/2021) with funds from the new loan.
