Zarząd Spółki Vivid Games S.A. (dalej jako: „Spółka”, „Emitent”), przekazuje do publicznej wiadomości wykaz Akcjonariuszy Spółki posiadających co najmniej 5% ogólnej liczby głosów na Zwyczajnym Walnym Zgromadzeniu, które odbyło się w dniu 23 czerwca 2021 roku:
1. Jarosław Wojczakowski, liczba akcji 6 382 500, liczba głosów 6 382 500; udział głosów w ogólnej liczbie głosów na ZWZA – 49,83%, 19,77% ogólnej liczby głosów,
2. Remigiusz Kościelny, liczba akcji 6 426 250, liczba głosów 6 426 250; udział głosów w ogólnej liczbie głosów na ZWZA – 50,17%, 19,90% ogólnej liczby głosów.

The Management Board of Vivid Games S.A. (hereinafter referred to as: the "Company", "Issuer"), publishes the list of the Company's Shareholders holding at least 5% of the total number of votes at the Ordinary General Meeting held on June 23, 2021:
1. Jarosław Wojczakowski, number of shares 6 382 500, number of votes 6 382 500; share of votes in the total number of votes at the Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders - 49.83%, 19.77% of the total number of votes,
2. Remigiusz Kościelny, number of shares 6,426,250, number of votes 6,426,250; the share of votes in the total number of votes at the Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders - 50.17%, 19.90% of the total number of votes.
