Zarząd Vivid Games S.A. (dalej jako: "Spółka", "Emitent") informuje, że w dniu 7 czerwca 2023 r. Zwyczajne Walne Zgromadzenie Spółki podjęło uchwałę w sprawie powołania Pana Marcina Duszyńskiego do składu Rady Nadzorczej Spółki na kolejną, pięcioletnią kadencję rozpoczynającą się z dniem 7 czerwca 2023 r.

The Management Board of Vivid Games S.A. (hereinafter: "Company", "Issuer") informs that on June 7, 2023. The Company's Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders passed a resolution to appoint Mr. Marcin Duszynski to the Company's Supervisory Board for another five-year term beginning June 7, 2023.
