Otrzymanie postanowienia Sądu o stwierdzeniu wykonania układu w całości.

Zarząd Spółki Vivid Games S.A. (dalej jako: „Spółka”, „Emitent”), w nawiązaniu do raportów bieżących ESPI nr 56/2020 i 27/2023, niniejszym informuje, że w dniu 9 stycznia 2024 Spółka otrzymała Postanowienie Sądu Rejonowego w Bydgoszczy, z dnia 4 stycznia 2024 stwierdzające, że układ zatwierdzony postanowieniem Sądu Rejonowego w Bydgoszczy z dnia 5 listopada 2020 r. w sprawie o sygn. akt XV GRp 3/20, w przyspieszonym postępowaniu układowym dotyczącym Emitenta został wykonany w całości.

Wydanie ww. postanowienia kończy postępowanie restrukturyzacyjne, którego przedmiotem była spłata przez Emitenta wierzytelności wynikających z wyemitowanych w 2017 roku obligacji serii A.

The Management Board of Vivid Games S.A. (hereinafter: "the Company", "the Issuer"), with reference to ESPI current reports no. 56/2020 and 27/2023, hereby informs that on January 9, 2024, the Company received a Decision of the District Court in Bydgoszcz dated January 4, 2024, stating that the arrangement approved by the decision of the District Court in Bydgoszcz dated November 5, 2020 in the case file no. XV GRp 3/20 in the Issuer's accelerated arrangement proceedings has been executed in full.

The issuance of the aforementioned decision ends the restructuring proceedings, the subject of which was the Issuer's repayment of receivables arising from series A bonds issued in 2017.
