Informacja o szacunkowych wynikach finansowych za styczeń 2022 r.

Zarząd Spółki Vivid Games S.A. (dalej jako: „Spółka”, „Emitent”), informuje, że w dniu 14 lutego 2022 Emitent dokonał szacunkowego ustalenia wstępnych wyników finansowych Spółki za styczeń 2022 roku.
Przychody ze sprzedaży za styczeń 2022 roku spodziewane są na poziomie 2,8 mln PLN. Wynik brutto na poziomie 0,25 mln PLN, wynik netto za styczeń 2022 roku spodziewany jest na poziomie 0,25 mln PLN, a EBITDA na poziomie 0,6 mln PLN. Stan środków pieniężnych na rachunkach bankowych Spółki wynosił na koniec stycznia 2022 3,43 mln PLN.
Zarząd informuje, że niniejszy raport zawiera dane wstępne, które mogą różnić się od danych ostatecznych. Dane za rok 2022 będą podlegały weryfikacji zarówno wewnętrznej jak i w procesie badania przez biegłego rewidenta, a ostateczna informacja o wyniku oraz przychodach ze sprzedaży uwzględniająca dane za wskazany okres zostanie zamieszczona w raportach za I kwartał 2022, I półrocze 2022 i raporcie rocznym za rok 2022.

The Management Board of Vivid Games S.A. (hereinafter referred to as: the "Company", "Issuer"), informs that on February 14th, 2022, the Issuer made an estimated determination of the Company's preliminary financial results for January 2022.
Sales revenue for January 2022 is expected at PLN 2.8 million. The gross result at PLN 0.25 million, EBITDA at PLN 0.6 million, net result for January 2022 is expected at the level of PLN 0.25 million. The balance of cash in the Company's bank accounts is PLN 3.43 million.
The Management Board informs that this report contains preliminary data, which may differ from the final data. Data for 2022 will be verified both internally and in the audit process by a statutory auditor, and the final information on the result and sales revenues, taking into account the data for the indicated period, will be included in the report for the first quarter, report for the first half of 2022 and annual report for 2021.
