Zarząd Spółki Vivid Games S.A. (dalej jako: "Spółka", "Emitent"), informuje, że w związku ze złożoną  przez Pana Jarosława Wojczakowskiego,  w dniu 9 stycznia 2023, rezygnacją z pełnienia funkcji w Zarządzie Spółki, ze skutkiem na dzień 28 lutego 2023, Rada Nadzorcza Spółki powołała w dniu 21 lutego 2023, Pana Piotra Gamracego, dotychczasowego Członka Zarządu, na stanowisko Prezesa Zarządu ze skutkiem na dzień 1 marca 2023.

The Management Board of Vivid Games S.A. (hereinafter: "the Company", "the Issuer"), informs that in connection with the resignation from the Management Board of the Company submitted by Mr. Jaroslaw Wojczakowski on January 9, 2023, effective as of February 28, 2023, the Supervisory Board of the Company appointed Mr. Piotr Gamracy, the current Member of the Management Board, to the position of President of the Management Board effective as of March 1, 2023.
