Zaopiniowanie projektu uchwał na NWZA przez Radę Nadzorczą Spółki.

Zarząd Vivid Games S.A. z siedzibą w Bydgoszczy (dalej jako „Emitent”, „Spółka”) w związku z ogłoszeniem w dniu 01.09.2021 r. zwołania Nadzwyczajnego Walnego Zgromadzenia Akcjonariuszy Spółki (dalej jako: NWZA), niniejszym informuje, że Rada Nadzorcza Spółki uchwałą z dnia 8 września 2021 pozytywnie zaopiniowała projekty uchwał na NWZA i uznała za słuszne przedstawione w projekcie uzasadnienia.
Projekty uchwał NWZA dostępne są na stronie internetowej Spółki https://vividgames.com/ir/walne-zgromadzenia/biezace oraz stanowią załącznik do raportu bieżącego ESPI nr 36/2021.

Vivid Games S.A. Management Board with its registered office in Bydgoszcz (hereinafter referred to as the "Issuer", "Company") in connection with the announcement on 01/09/2021 of the convening of the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders of the Company (hereinafter: EGM), hereby informs that the Supervisory Board of the Company by resolution of 8 September 2021 gave a positive opinion on the draft resolutions for the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders and considered the justification presented in the draft to be correct.
Draft resolutions of the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders are available on the Company's website https://vividgames.com/ir/walne-zgromadzenia/biezace and constitute an appendix to the current ESPI report No. 36/2021.
