Zarząd Vivid Games S.A. (dalej jako "Emitent", "Spółka") w nawiązaniu do raportu bieżącego ESPI nr 28/2023 z dnia 21 sierpnia 2023 r., informuje, że w dniu 21 grudnia 2023 r. podjął decyzję o złożeniu pozwu sądowego przeciwko Narodowemu Centrum Badań i Rozwoju (dalej jako "NCBiR"). Pozew zostanie złożony w Sądzie Okręgowym w Bydgoszczy I Wydział Cywilny do końca dnia 21 grudnia 2023 r.
W pozwie Spółka żąda uznania za bezskuteczne dokonanego przez NCBiR 21 sierpnia 2023 wypowiedzenia umowy o dofinansowanie realizacji projektu technologicznego pt. "Prototyp platformy do automatyzacji generowania, rozgrywania i wyznaczania stopnia trudności poziomów blast, oparty o AI i Machine Learning" (dalej jako: "Projekt"), w ramach programu Szybka Ścieżka. Spółka wnosi jednocześnie o zasądzenie na jej rzecz części odszkodowania za koszty poniesione w związku z naruszeniem umowy przez NCBiR.

The Management Board of Vivid Games S.A. (hereinafter "Issuer", "Company") in reference to the ESPI current report No. 28/2023 of August 21, 2023, informs that on December 21, 2023, it decided to file a lawsuit against the National Center for Research and Development (hereinafter "NCBiR"). The lawsuit will be filed with the District Court in Bydgoszcz, 1st Civil Division by the end of December 21, 2023.
In the lawsuit, the Company requests that the NCBiR declare ineffective the termination of the grant agreement for the implementation of the technology project entitled "Prototype platform for automation of generation, gamification and difficulty determination of blast levels, based on AI and Machine Learning" (hereinafter: the "Project"), under the Fast Track program, on August 21, 2023. At the same time, the Company seeks an award of a portion of damages for costs incurred in connection with NCBiR's breach of contract.
