Informacja o szacunkowych skonsolidowanych wynikach finansowych za lipiec 2021 r.

Zarząd Spółki Vivid Games S.A. (dalej jako: „Spółka”, „Emitent”), informuje, że w dniu 9 sierpnia 2021 Emitent dokonał szacunkowego ustalenia wstępnych wyników finansowych Spółki za lipiec 2021 roku.
Przychody ze sprzedaży za lipiec 2021 roku spodziewane są na poziomie 2,16 mln PLN. Wynik netto za lipiec 2021 roku spodziewany jest na poziomie -0,15 mln PLN.
Narastająco za pierwsze siedem miesięcy 2021 roku Emitent spodziewa się następujących wyników: przychody ze sprzedaży na poziomie 12,02 mln PLN, wynik brutto na poziomie -1,84 mln PLN, EBITDA na poziomie 1,80 mln PLN, wynik netto na poziomie -1,84 mln PLN.
Zarząd informuje, że niniejszy raport zawiera dane wstępne, które mogą różnić się od danych ostatecznych. Ostateczna informacja o wyniku oraz przychodach ze sprzedaży uwzględniająca dane za wskazany okres zostanie zamieszczona w raportach za III kwartał 2021, które zostaną opublikowane zgodnie z harmonogramem przedstawionym przez Emitenta w raporcie bieżącym nr 2/2021.

The Management Board of Vivid Games S.A. (hereinafter referred to as: the "Company", "Issuer"), informs that on August 9th, 2021, the Issuer made an estimated determination of the Company's preliminary financial results for July 2021.
Sales revenue for July 2021 is expected at PLN 2.16 million. The net profit for July 2021 is expected at the level of -PLN 0.15 million.
Cumulatively for the first seven months of 2021, the Issuer expects the following results: sales revenues at PLN 12.02 million, gross sales result at - PLN 1.84 million, EBITDA at PLN 1.8 million, net result at - PLN 1.84 million.
The Management Board informs that this report contains preliminary data, which may differ from the final data. The final information about the result and sales revenues, taking into account the data for the indicated period, will be included in the report for the 3rd quarter 2021, which will be published in accordance with the schedule presented by the Issuer in the current report No. 2/2021.
