Zarząd Vivid Games S.A. (dalej jako: "Spółka", "Emitent") w nawiązaniu do raportu ESPI nr 25/2021 z dnia 23 czerwca 2021 informuje, że w dniu 29 czerwca 2021 roku wpłynęły do Spółki zawiadomienia od Pana Wojciecha Humińskiego - Członka Rady Nadzorczej Spółki o zmianie zawiadomień o zbyciu Obligacji serii A Emitenta oraz nabyciu akcji nowej emisji przekazanych Spółce w dniu 23 kwietnia 2021 (ESPI nr 15/2021), w trybie art. 19 ust. 3 Rozporządzenia MAR.

Vivid Games S.A. Management Board (hereinafter referred to as: "Company", "Issuer") with reference to the ESPI report of June 23, 2021, No. 25/2021, informs that on June 29, 2021 the Company received notifications from Mr. Wojciech Humiński - Member of the Supervisory Board of the Company about the change of the notification on the sale of the Issuer's series A Bonds and acquisition of new issue shares, transferred to the Company on April 23, 2021 (ESPI No. 15/2021), pursuant to Art. 19 paragraph 3 of the MAR Regulation.
