Otrzymanie informacji o rozwiązaniu przez NCBiR umowy o dofinansowanie projektu realizowanego w ramach programu Szybka Ścieżka.

Zarząd Spółki Vivid Games S.A. (dalej jako: „Spółka”, „Emitent”), w nawiązaniu do raportu bieżącego ESPI nr 16/2023, niniejszym informuje, że w dniu 21 sierpnia 2023 r. otrzymał od Narodowego Centrum Badań i Rozwoju (dalej jako: “NCBiR”) pisemne rozwiązanie umowy o dofinansowanie realizacji projektu technologicznego pt. "Prototyp platformy do automatyzacji generowania, rozgrywania i wyznaczania stopnia trudności poziomów blast, oparty o AI i Machine Learning" (dalej jako: "Projekt"), w ramach programu Szybka Ścieżka. Rozwiązanie ww. umowy następuje z zachowaniem jednomiesięcznego okresu wypowiedzenia.
Zarząd Spółki nie zgadza się z uzasadnieniem przedstawionym przez NCBiR i zgodnie z wcześniejszymi zapowiedziami będzie dalej dochodzić praw Spółki i wypłaty przez NCBiR należnych jej środków.

The Management Board of Vivid Games S.A. (hereinafter: "Company", "Issuer"), with reference to ESPI Current Report No. 16/2023, informs that on August 21, 2023, it received from the National Center for Research and Development (hereinafter: "NCBiR") a written notice of termination of the grant agreement for the implementation of the technology project entitled "Prototype Platform for Automation of Generation, Gamification and Determination of Difficulty of Blast Levels Based on AI and Machine Learning" (hereinafter: "Project"), under the Fast Track program. The termination of the aforementioned agreement is subject to a one-month notice period.
The Company's Board of Directors does not agree with the justification provided by NCBiR and, as previously announced, will continue to assert the Company's rights and NCBiR's payment of funds due to the Company.
