Wcześniejsza spłata IX raty układowej.

Zarząd Spółki Vivid Games S.A. (dalej jako: „Spółka”, „Emitent”), w nawiązaniu do raportu bieżącego ESPI nr 56/2020, niniejszym informuje, że w dniu 2 listopada 2022 Emitent podjął decyzję o dokonaniu przedterminowej spłaty dziewiątej raty wynikającej z zatwierdzonego w dniu 5 listopada 2020 układu w przyspieszonym postępowaniu układowym dotyczącym Spółki.
Rata kapitałowa wynosi 85,00 PLN, a odsetki 6,69 PLN na jedną sztukę obligacji. Rata wraz z odsetkami zostanie wypłacona obligatariuszom obligacji serii A w dniu 18 listopada 2022. Zgodnie z układem, pierwotna data zapłaty dziewiątej raty układowej przypadała na dzień 21 grudnia 2022.
Dokonanie wcześniejszej spłaty kolejnej raty układowej nie powoduje zmiany terminu płatności pozostałych.

The Management Board of Vivid Games S.A. (hereinafter: "Company", "Issuer"), with reference to the current report of ESPI No. 56/2020, hereby informs that on November 2nd, 2022, the Issuer decided to make an early repayment of the sixth installment resulting from the approved on November 5, 2020 arrangement in accelerated arrangement proceedings concerning the Company.
The capital installment for one bond is PLN 85.00, and the interest is PLN 6,69. The installment will be paid to the bondholders of series A bonds on November 18th, 2022. According to the arrangement, the original date of payment of the ninth arrangement installment was Decmber 21, 2022.
Making an early repayment of the next arrangement installment does not change the payment date of the remaining ones.
