Rezygnacja członka Rady Nadzorczej.

Zarząd Spółki Vivid Games S.A. (dalej jako: „Spółka”, „Emitent”) informuje, że w dniu 25 czerwca 2021 członek Rady Nadzorczej Emitenta Szymon Skiendzielewski złożył rezygnację z pełnienia ww. funkcji w Radzie Nadzorczej ze skutkiem natychmiastowym. Pan Szymon Skiendzielewski nie podał przyczyn rezygnacji.

The Management Board of Vivid Games S.A. (hereinafter referred to as: "Company", "Issuer"), hereby informs that on 25 June 2021 Szymon Skiendzielewki, member of the Supervisory Board of the Company resigned from his function with an immediate effect. Mr Szymon Skiendzielewski did not disclose reasons for his resignation.
