Informacja o szacunkowych skonsolidowanych wynikach finansowych za kwiecień 2021 r.

Zarząd Spółki Vivid Games S.A. (dalej jako: „Spółka”, „Emitent”), informuje, że w dniu 11 maja 2021 Emitent dokonał szacunkowego ustalenia wstępnych wyników finansowych Spółki za kwiecień 2021 roku.
Przychody ze sprzedaży za kwiecień 2021 roku spodziewane są na poziomie 1,43 mln PLN. Narastająco przychody za okres styczeń - kwiecień 2021 roku to 6,62 mln PLN.
Wynik netto za kwiecień 2021 roku spodziewany jest na poziomie -0,66 mln PLN. Narastająco wynik netto za okres styczeń - kwiecień 2021 to -0,94 mln PLN.
Zarząd informuje, że niniejszy raport zawiera dane wstępne, które mogą różnić się od danych ostatecznych. Ostateczna informacja o wyniku oraz przychodach ze sprzedaży uwzględniająca dane za wskazany okres zostanie zamieszczona w raportach za I kwartał 2021 oraz za I półrocze 2021, które zostaną opublikowane zgodnie z harmonogramem przedstawionym przez Emitenta w raporcie bieżącym nr 2/2021.

The Management Board of Vivid Games S.A. (hereinafter: the "Company", "Issuer"), informs that on May 11th 2021, the Issuer made an estimated determination of the Company's preliminary financial results for April 2021.
Sales revenues for April 2021 are expected at the level of PLN 1,43 million. Cumulatively, revenues for the period January - April 2021 are PLN 6,62 million.
The net result for April 2021 is expected at the level of PLN -0,66 million. Cumulatively, the net result for the period January - April 2021 is PLN -0,94 million.
The Management Board informs that this report contains preliminary data, which may differ from the final data. The final information on the result and sales revenues will be included in reports for Q1 and H1 2021, which will be published by the schedule released by the Issuer in the current report No. 2/2021.
