Zawarcie umowy o elastyczny kredyt odnawialny.

Zarząd Spółki Vivid Games S.A. (dalej jako: "Spółka", "Emitent"), informuje o zawarciu w dniu 22 kwietnia 2021 r. z mBank S.A, Oddział Korporacyjny Bydgoszcz umowy o elastyczny kredyt odnawialny. Wysokość kredytu udzielonego Spółce wynosi 4.000.000,00 (cztery miliony 00/100) PLN. Spółka może wykorzystywać kredyt od zawarcia umowy do dnia 11 kwietnia 2024 r.
Przyznany Emitentowi limit zwiększa elastyczność podejmowania decyzji biznesowych i będzie wykorzystywany m.in. na inwestycje w pozyskiwanie nowych tytułów.

The Management Board of Vivid Games S.A. (hereinafter referred to as: the "Company", "Issuer"), informs that on April 22, 2021, an agreement for a flexible revolving loan was concluded with mBank S.A., Corporate Branch in Bydgoszcz. The amount of the loan granted to the Company is PLN 4,000,000.00 (four million 00/100). The company may use the loan from the conclusion of the contract until April 11, 2024.

The limit granted to the Issuer increases the flexibility of making business decisions and will be used for investments in acquiring new titles.
