Korekta szacunkowych wyników finansowych za luty 2023 r.

Zarząd Spółki Vivid Games S.A. (dalej jako: „Spółka”, „Emitent”), informuje, że w dniu 16 marca 2023, w związku z otrzymaniem z opóźnieniem raportu dotyczącego sprzedaży od jednej z platform sprzedażowych za luty 2023, niezbędne okazało się wprowadzenie korekty wartości wyników osiągniętych w lutym 2023 roku, przedstawionych w raporcie nr 9/2023 z dnia 8 marca 2022.

Przychody ze sprzedaży za luty 2023 roku spodziewane są na poziomie 1,88 mln PLN. Wynik brutto na poziomie -0,04 mln PLN, wynik netto na poziomie -0,04 mln PLN.
Narastająco za dwa miesiące 2023 roku Emitent spodziewa się następujących wyników: przychody ze sprzedaży na poziomie 3,8 mln PLN, wynik brutto na poziomie -0,15 mln PLN, wynik netto na poziomie -0,15 mln PLN i EBITDA na poziomie 0,4 mln PLN.

Przychody ze sprzedaży za luty 2023 roku spodziewane są na poziomie 1,81 mln PLN. Wynik brutto na poziomie -0,11 mln PLN, wynik netto na poziomie -0,11 mln PLN.
Narastająco za dwa miesiące 2023 roku Emitent spodziewa się następujących wyników: przychody ze sprzedaży na poziomie 3,7 mln PLN, wynik brutto na poziomie -0,22 mln PLN, wynik netto na poziomie -0,22 mln PLN i EBITDA na poziomie 0,3 mln PLN.

The Management Board of Vivid Games S.A. (hereinafter: "Company", "Issuer"), announces that on March 16, 2023, due to the late receipt of a sales report from one of the sales platforms for February 2023, it became necessary to make an adjustment to the value of the results achieved in February 2023, presented in Report No. 9/2023 dated March 8, 2022.

Sales revenue for February 2023 is expected at 1.88 million PLN. The gross result is at -0.04 million PLN, and the net is at -0.04 million PLN.
Cumulatively for two months of 2023, the Issuer expects the following results: sales revenue at 3.8 million PLN, the gross result at -0.15 PLN, the net result at -0.15 million PLN and EBITDA at 0.4 million PLN.
