Rezygnacja Prezesa Zarządu Spółki.

Zarząd Spółki Vivid Games S.A. (dalej jako: "Spółka", "Emitent"), informuje, że w dniu 9 stycznia 2023 prezes zarządu Emitenta Jarosław Wojczakowski złożył rezygnację z pełnienia funkcji w zarządzie ze skutkiem na dzień 28 lutego 2023. Jako powód rezygnacji pan Jarosław Wojczakowski podał chęć rozwoju zawodowego poza Spółką. Do końca lutego br. Prezes Zarządu przekaże swoje obowiązki drugiemu Członkowi Zarządu - Piotrowi Gamracemu.

The Management Board of Vivid Games S.A. (hereinafter: "Company"; "Issuer") announces that on January 9, 2023, the President of the Issuer's Management Board, Jaroslaw Wojczakowski, submitted his resignation from the Board of Directors, effective February 28, 2023. Mr. Jaroslaw Wojczakowski cited his desire for professional development outside the Company as the reason for his resignation. By the end of February the Chairman of the Board will hand over his duties to the second Board Member, Piotr Gamracy.
