Zarząd Spółki Vivid Games S.A. (dalej jako: „Spółka”, „Emitent”), informuje, że w dniu 12 kwietnia 2023 roku, Rada Nadzorcza Emitenta zatwierdziła strategię rozwoju Spółki na lata 2023-2026.
Przyjęta strategia opiera się na następujących filarach:
Rozwijanie kompetencji deweloperskich.
Tworzenie gier mobilnych.
Rozwój poprzez strategiczne partnerstwa.
Pełna strategia, w tym opis założeń strategicznych oraz roadmapa produktowa na kolejne lata zostały przyjęte w formie dokumentu - prezentacji, która stanowi załącznik do niniejszego raportu.

The Management Board of Vivid Games S.A. (hereinafter: "Company", "Issuer"), informs that on April 12, 2023, the Issuer's Supervisory Board approved the Company's development strategy for 2023-2026.
The adopted strategy is based on the following pillars:
Growing developer competence.
Development of mobile games.
Development of the Company through Strategic Partnerships.
The complete strategy, including a description of strategic assumptions and a product roadmap for the coming years, was adopted in the form of a document - a presentation, which is attached to this report.
