I am pleased to inform you that Gemini Grupe UAB, our Investor, has increased its involvement in the company by acquiring an additional share package from Aleksandra and Remigiusz Kościelny. After registering the latest share issue, their stake in the company will be 49%. This level of commitment is a strong expression of trust in our strategy, vision, and the team that works tirelessly daily to ensure the company’s success.
I would also like to take this opportunity to thank Remi Koscielny for his many years of cooperation. He has laid a solid foundation for our company, leading it from its start-up phase and setting the groundwork for its current growth stage. His decision to sell his shares is a natural step toward new professional and personal challenges.
The increased involvement of our key investors confirms that they see great potential for further development and fully support our long-term strategy.
