Paweł Moskwa

Zuzanna Grochowska

Vice Chairwoman of the Supervisory Board

Legal counsel, Partner at MJH Moskwa, Jarmul, Haladyj i Wspólnicy law firm. Specializes in corporate law and M&A transactions. Previously, for nearly 8 years, she was associated with Deloitte Legal, where she served, among others, as Head of Legal in Wroclaw. She also gained experience in the area of tax consulting. She graduated from the Faculty of Law at Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznan. She completed postgraduate studies in bankruptcy law, compliance and capital market law and economics.

Leszek Małecki

Member of the Supervisory Board

Legal counsel, Managing Partner at Małecki Legal. He has over 15 years of experience in corporate law, mergers and acquisitions and private equity. Previously associated with, among others, the law firm Soltysinski Kawecki & Szlęzak, where he served as Senior Counsel. He also worked as General Counsel at Brand New Galaxy and served a secondment at Gowling WLG in London. He graduated from the Faculty of Law at Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznan. He also completed postgraduate studies in capital markets at the Warsaw School of Economics , as well as courses in intellectual property law and English and EU law.

Anna Podkowińska-Tretyn

Ms. Anna Podkowińska-Tretyn is an independent Member of the Vivid Games Supervisory Board, Chairwoman of the Mindgram Supervisory Board, former Member of the Supervisory Boards of IAB Poland and Online Technologies. She is an experienced business leader, passionate about people and business development with 20 years of experience in building and managing organizations in the media, e-commerce and new technology sectors. She also currently serves as Country Director of Too Good Too Go, previously Chief Business International Officer of Everly. Previously responsible for digital transformation and M&A of Burda International in Poland and Czech Republic as Chief Digital Officer.Previously, she served as online Chief Commercial Officer at Agora S.A. and CEO of Trader.com Poland. She was recognized in the report "Strong Woman in IT 2023. Global Edition Report) and the Sifted report "200+ female angel investors in Europe 2023".
She is actively involved in many initiatives for women and supports organizations such as Vital Voices, Entrepreneurial Women's Club and many others. She also serves as a mentor in many start-up projects and competitions, especially in programs supporting women.
She is a graduate of the Warsaw School of Economics (SGH), an Executive MBA from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and an Advanced Management Program from IESE Business School, Barcelona.

Damian Pawlak

Member (independent member)

Damian Pawlak is a graduate of the Stanisław Staszic University of Science and Technology in Kraków with a degree in Finance and the University of Łódź with a degree in International Management. He began his career in finance in 2015, gaining experience at international corporations such as Capgemini and Adecco. Throughout his career, he has held managerial and leadership roles, overseeing teams ranging from 10 to 30 people.

Since 2021, he has been actively collaborating with the Bloober Team group. As part of this collaboration, he served as Financial Manager at Feardemic sp. z o.o., a company specializing in the publication of horror games. From 2022 to 2024, he was responsible for finance at Draw Distance S.A. as Chief Financial Officer. Since September 2023, he has served as CEO of Feardemic sp. z o.o., where he has successfully implemented the company’s new growth strategy.

Mr. Damian Pawlak is not listed in the Register of Insolvent Debtors. Furthermore, he does not engage in any activity competitive to the Company’s business operations and is not a partner in a competitive civil law partnership or partnership, nor a member of the governing body of a competitive capital company, nor a member of the governing body of any other competitive legal entity, and is an independent member.
