Damian Jasica

Chairman of the Supervisory Board (independent member)

Mr. Damian Jasica specializes in analyzes and strategic consulting. The industries in which he has experience in the field of management and financial analysis are computer games, architecture, construction and food. He is the chairman of the supervisory boards of Tower Investments S.A., Deli 2 S.A. and a member of the supervisory board of Manufaktura Gessler S.A. Previously, he was the vice-chairman of the board at Miraculum S.A. and chairman of the audit committee at 1C Entertainment S.A. He has experience in financial management and corporate governance. In addition, as part of various structures of capital companies, he advised on financial management, process automation, including the implementation of ERP programs and introducing products to the market. He graduated from the Jagiellonian University in the field of management with a master's degree in finance and controlling. He is an ordinary member of the Association of Stock Exchange Issuers.

Marcin Duszyński

Deputy Chairman (independent member)

Co-founder and President of the Management Board of Capital One Advisers sp. z o.o., President of the Management Board of the Association of Certified NewConnect Advisers. At Capital One Advisers he oversees the execution of consulting projects, especially those in the area of strategic consulting, mergers and acquisitions, sale of companies, private offerings, cooperation during admission to trading on NewConnect, development of advanced financial models and company valuations. He has provided his services for many companies, including companies from the new technologies sector: Grupa Vectra S.A., ABG Sterprojekt S.A., Eurotax.pl S.A., Medicalgorithmics S.A., and many others. Previously, in years 2000–2002, he was a director at the Warsaw office of the private equity funds managed by Advent International, where he was engaged in owner supervision of portfolio companies and execution of investment projects in Poland. In years 1997–2000 he was head of the Warsaw branch of the American advisory company Communications Equity Associates, where he managed finance acquisition and M&A projects in IT, media and telecommunication sectors. Previously he worked for leading private equity funds in Poland: Polish-American Enterprise Investors Entrepreneurship Fund, and before that, starting in 1994, as an Associate, and subsequently Investment Manager at Innova Capital fund. He graduated from the University of Wisconsin in Madison, USA.

Elżbieta Häuser-Schöneich

Ms. Elżbieta Häuser-Schöneich is a member of the Supervisory Boards of the companies: Sanok Rubber Company and Atende, as well as a member of Atende's Audit Committee and a member of Sanok Rubber Company's Nomination and Remuneration Committee.

She has been involved in the insurance and financial markets for most of her more than 25-year career. A co-founder of the direct insurance market in Poland, she was awarded in 2010 by PIU for her services to insurance. From 2019 to 2020, member of the Board of Directors of PZU and PZU Życie. Between 2015 and 2017, Member of the Management Board of T-Mobile Poland responsible for the individual customer market. Previously, from 2008 to 2015, associated with the Aviva Group as Vice President of the Management Board and Member of the Supervisory Board of Aviva Investors Poland TFI. From 2005 to 2007 he was associated with ING Nationale - Nederlanden, and from 2002 to 2005 he was co-founder and member of the Board of Link4. He also has experience in the medical, energy, FMCG and automotive industries. She is currently involved in Eco-tech ventures.

She is a graduate of management programs at Stanford University, Kellogg School of Management, INSEAD, CEDEP, LSE and LBS, UCLAN, and the Goodwill Management postgraduate program at the Warsaw School of Economics. He holds a master's degree from the Catholic University of Lublin and an EMBA from Collegium Humanum.

Wojciech Humiński

Mr. Wojciech Humiński has a university degree in economics obtained at the University of Economics. Oskar Lange in Wrocław, the University of Wrocław and ICAN Institute as well as qualifications in the field of development and transformation of enterprises. Mr. Wojciech Humiński is currently a member of the Management Board of TestArmy Group S.A. in Wrocław, which does not constitute a competitive activity against the Issuer. Previously, Mr. Wojciech Humiński was a member of Euro Bank S.A .: vice-president of the management board (in 2006-2019), managing director (in 2005-2006) and director of the product development department (in 2003-2005).

Andrzej Chrzanowski

Member (independent member)

An advocate with 20 years of experience in corporate consulting and representing parties in court proceedings. Professionally, he focuses on advising on M&A transactions, legal aspects of video game production and distribution, and representing business entities in disputes arising from various types of contracts. He is a member of the Polish Games Association and the Association of Producers and Distributors of Entertainment Software.
He gained professional experience in Weil, Gotshal & Manges, Associate (2001-2006) and Krawczyk i Wspólnicy (Senior Lawyer, then Partner 2006-2011). Since 2012, he has been a Partner at the Kancelaria Krassowski in Warsaw. He is a graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Warsaw, he completed his legal training at the Bar Association in Warsaw. He also completed a course in American Law at the Center for American Law at the University of Warsaw and a course in comparative law at the Faculty of Comparative Law at the University of Strasbourg.
