The District Court in Bydgoszcz has issued a decision approving the Issuer's arrangement in accelerated arrangement proceedings with a partial arrangement. The arrangement as approved by the Court provides for repayment of debt under the series A bonds in twelve installments, payable quarterly, with simultaneous payment of interest in the amount specified in the terms and conditions of the bond issue for the period from the date the decision approving the arrangement becomes final. The company will also pay the bondholders statutory interest for the delay from the date of redemption of the bonds to the day preceding the date on which the order approving the arrangement becomes final.

Implementation of the arrangement began on January 4, 2021.

12 of the 12 installments, have already been paid.
