Vivid Games has entered into an agreement to produce and distribute another game.

The company has acquired a new business partner and looks to the future with confidence in its success.

Vivid Games has entered into an agreement with a Polish company in the FMCG industry. Based on the experience gained in the production of previous games, the Company will create a free endless runner game based on the IP of a well-known brand in the FMCG industry. The brand owner will pay $250,000 for the production and cover the costs of preparing the title update.

The business partnership with the owner of the sweets brand is the next step in Vivid Games' ongoing strategy, following the agreement reached with BoomBit S.A. in July. "As I announced, we remain focused on executing our strategy. The latest business partnership is a new experience and synergy perspective for the Company. For the first time, we will create a game based on a well-known brand that physically exists and in a completely different sector than Vivid Games. This is a lesson from which we will certainly learn useful insights for the promotion and development of the Real Boxing universe. I believe it will also help us go beyond the digital world with our own IPs. At the stage of directing the new game for testing, we will reveal more details about the new partner. The funds raised from the agreement will strengthen our liquidity and allow us to improve the development competencies of the production team. We are open to further agreements of this kind. I am committed to building a foundation, including financially, for the Company's further development" - emphasizes Piotr Gamracy, CEO of Vivid Games.
