Your role overview & accountabilities

You will own recruitment for us globally, partnering with Hiring Managers and offering innovative and creative advice as well as solutions on how to attract and recruit the best talent available. This is a truly independent and strategic role – but still, very much a position where you roll your sleeves up and take a hands-on approach to deliver world-class talent for the business, and experience for our candidates. In this role, you will lead a range of initiatives to create and execute a strategy that enhances our brand – creating diverse talent pools and ensuring our recruitment processes are inclusive and accessible on all fronts.

  • Source passive, high-quality candidates through modern recruitment channels such as active sourcing, social media, network building, targeted advertising and others,
  • Interview and screen candidates to determine skill sets and cultural fit,
  • Constantly seek to raise the bar, identifying and proactively improving our processes and candidate experience,
  • Regularly analyze and advise on pipeline and performance data to share with internal stakeholders,
  • Provide guidance, strategize and make recommendations to managers to improve recruiting methods and create more efficient processes.

About you & your career so far

  • Proven track record at self-reliable role for Talent Acquisition (in-house, not agency) in a fast-paced environment,
  • Experience in delivering best in class candidate experience, ideally within tech companies,
  • Experience in implementing & managing recruitment-related data and direct sourcing tools,
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to foster long-term relationships (with internal teams, external partners and candidates),
  • Proven experience of automating and improving all aspects of the recruitment process,
  • Experience with corporate event and career fair planning,
  • Proficiency working with MS Office; G Suite and Outlook,
  • Proficiency in English (C1),
  • Excellent written, visualisation and verbal communication skills, and can easily simplify complex concepts into compelling narratives,
  • Restless nature and a continuous growth and improvement mindset, welcoming of feedback and always evaluating the status quo and identifying areas for improvement,
  • You are strategic, creative, innovative and also a hands on operator to make sure we deliver on our ideas.
