Vivid Games sums up an intense week.
The company has signed two new contracts and has specific plans for Real Boxing 3.
The past week has been extremely fruitful for Vivid Games. The company finalized two important agreements, one concerning the production of Real Boxing 2 for Apple Arcade, and the other regarding the production and distribution of the new game Zozole Universe. The company's CEO also took part in the Gamescom in Cologne.
“Last week brought the finalization of key agreements, which are the result of several months of negotiations and will allow the company to strengthen its game portfolio and diversify its sources of revenue. After securing financing earlier, these agreements represent another important step towards strengthening the company's financial position. One of the most important projects is the collaboration with Apple Arcade. We are preparing a dedicated version of Real Boxing 2, adapted to the subscription model, without ads and microtransactions. At the same time, we are modernizing our technological infrastructure (back-end), which in the long term will also translate into the development of a free-to-play edition. Currently, due to significant technological debt, this was not possible. The Zozole Universe project is another game developed in cooperation with the Zozole brand. We plan to use elements that worked in the previous version and expand them with a more advanced progression system, which is designed to increase engagement. While the previous project focused mainly on branding, this one is geared towards strong commercialization. However, the most important point on our roadmap remains the release of Real Boxing 3. We want the title to debut later this year, ideally during the holiday season. The organizational changes we have made in production management, as well as the increase in team resources, allow us to realistically assess this deadline as achievable. The final decision on the release date will be made in the coming weeks after discussions with partners from MENA and China" - emphasized Piotr Gamracy, CEO of Vivid Games.
"During Gamescom, I had the opportunity to meet with publishers and media representatives from the entertainment world to present our concept for Real Boxing 3 and the future development of this platform. We plan to visit Abu Dhabi in the coming weeks and continue these discussions. We have a specific plan for the MENA region and secured funding for this purpose. I think that in the fourth quarter we will provide more detailed information about our activities in this area" - adds the CEO.
