Vivid Games is considering selling the rights to Real Boxing 2.

The company may receive a significant cash injection.

Vivid Games has announced that it has signed a letter of intent with an American mobile game developer. The U.S.-based developer is interested in adding Real Boxing 2 to its portfolio, in return offering Vivid Games an amount in excess of the Company's six-month revenue.

The offer we have received is the result of talks held in recent months. After a preliminary analysis, we have decided to conclude a letter of intent and conduct due diligence for Real Boxing 2. The terms that the potential partner is offering us are favorable. The subject of the potential agreement is the divestment of the Real Boxing 2 game and the granting of a license to use the Real Boxing trademark exclusively in this title. The Real Boxing brand would remain the property of Vivid Games. The company would receive cash to finance another title and would free up resources currently dedicated to maintaining Real Boxing 2” emphasized Piotr Gamracy, Vivid Games' CEO. “It is crucial for our future to focus on products with high growth potential and to drop older projects that no longer have such potential. The first soft-launches have shown that a title that has a chance for spectacular growth is Real Boxing 3, so we are doing everything we can to focus on it” - adds the CEO.
