What are your duties?

  • Preparing proactive recruiting and sourcing strategies based on competitive intelligence,
  • partnering with hiring managers to develop comprehensive needs analysis for their open roles,
  • leading candidate selection, interviewing, referals check and negotiation,
  • delivering cohesive presence at recruiting, soucring, networking events,
  • developing and maintaing social media networks,
  • negotiating job offers to selected candidates, partnering with hiring managers and company,
  • engaging in Employer Branding to attract best talent and maintain current staff.

What should you offer?

  • Bachelor’s degree (human resources/ psychology),
  • minimum 2 years experience as in-house or recruitment agency (preferably in game, entertainment, internet, high tech industry),
  • proven ability to build a strong network of candidates,
  • excellent interpersonal skills,
  • people-oriented and goal- focused mindset,
  • fast learning, independent contributor and team worker,
  • perseverance and determination.
