What are your duties?

  • Responsible for establishing and maintaining an overall production schedule,
  • determine the resource requirements to meet deadlines,
  • manage the change process in development department; estimating the impact of each change request on production schedule and resources,
  • ensure adequate equipment, tools and support are provided for each team,
  • enhance personal understanding of the f2p games production process and actively offers input,
  • provide input for project planning (i.e. resource planning, cost estimates etc.); can facilitate process improvements across departments,
  • make sound decisions: platform selection, development guidelines and tools, release cycles, testing discipline and infrastructure,
  • develop a strategy for the development team in general to meet the company’s goals and objectives and to improve the quality of the products it delivers internally and externally. To plan and monitor the successful implementation of this strategy,
  • perform research to acquire new knowledge necessary to perform tasks and continue the technological evolution of our games and tools,
  • represent the company within the industry.

What should you offer?

  • 5+ years of leading experience in the industry, at least 3 of which in a leadership capacity,
  • at least 3 titles shipped (preferably mobile),
  • ability to plan the team growth considering the blend/level of skills required within team,
  • being able to work within existing workflows and the ability to improve these workflows,
  • fluent in English,
  • SCRUM knowledge (certificates required),
  • Effective communication skills across all levels of an organization,
  • Ability to multi-task and stay organised in a dynamic work environment.
