Data Analyst [User Acquisition]

What are your duties?

  • Be the eyes (and most of the brain) of the user acquisition team:
    • Collect, compile and analyze data from UA campaigns (CPI, LTV, etc…) from various sources (SRNs, traditional ad networks, agency reports, etc…),
    • Cross this data with game metrics to better understand user sources, ultimately informing the UA decisions by answering the question: is the return on investment good on this campaign?
    • Create models to predict and / or estimate a campaign’s KPIs (eCPI, eROAS, etc…),
    • Create and be responsible to maintain a dashboard for data visualization to give a framework to the user acquisition team.
  • Work with the team on setting up and optimizing campaigns.
  • Integrate, connect and help in setting up tracking events for data analysis. Are we missing some information that would help us analyze results? Let’s implement it.
  • Be responsible for the best practices in data analysis for the user acquisition activities: we’re definitely not there yet.

What should you offer?

  • Experience (professional or not) in handling data sets,
  • Degree in a related field: Mathematics, Statistics, Business, etc…,
  • Good communication skills in oral and written English – this will be your working language,
  • Capable to take charge of your own projects: you will get goals, but how to reach them is on you,
  • Good to have:
    • Previous professional data analysis experience,
    • Understanding of marketing/user acquisition mechanisms and key metrics,
    • Experience with user acquisition campaigns, particularly SRNs (Facebook, snapchat, etc…),
    • Experience with Appsflyer (or other attribution platform).

What are we offering?

  • Opportunity for creative cooperation in the team of experienced professionals,
  • (ultra)dynamic work environment,
  • friendly and creative atmosphere,
  • competitive salary adequate to experience,
  • modern, conveniently located offices,
  • flexible working hours,
  • possibility of partially remote work,
  • daily breakfasts, fresh fruit and drinks,
  • private health care package and financial support of sport activities,
  • relocation package.
